This notice explains how Recrion Select collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you register as a candidate with us, whether through our website, by email, or by phone.

When you register as a candidate, we collect the information you provide directly, including your name, contact details, current job title, location, your CV, and any details you give us about your experience and the type of roles you're looking for.
We use your information to assess your suitability for roles and to introduce you to prospective employers we believe represent a genuine opportunity for you. By submitting your CV or details to Recrion Select, you consent to us sharing your information with employer clients we consider appropriate matches, at our discretion, without requiring separate confirmation from you before each individual introduction.
We retain your data for as long as we consider it reasonably useful for recruitment purposes. There is no fixed deletion date. If you would like your data removed at any point, you can ask us to do so and we will action that request.
We share candidate details with prospective employer clients for the purpose of evaluating you for a role. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties outside the recruitment process.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to our processing, and request a copy of your data in a portable format. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.
We take reasonable steps to keep your data secure, including limiting access to it.
